Making Upavas fun by adding a little spice and flavor with our Upavas Dhokla Mix.
Product Ingredients :- Samo Rice, Sago Pearls, Salt, Citric Acid, Baking Soda, Sugar.
Procedure :- 1. Add 250 gms of sour curd and 150 ml of water to 250 gms of prepared flour and make a mixture.
2. Cover the mixture for 15 minutes.
3. Put oil on the steamer plate and steam the mixture for 15 minutes
4. Cut the prepared dhokla into slices and serve with tempered cumin seeds on top.
