Product Ingredients :- Rice, Black gram, Raising agent (E 500ii), Acidity regulator(E330), Salt, Antioxidant (E282)
Procedure :- Mix the contents with 180ml or 3/4 cup of water to form a batter.
Rest for 10 minutes.
Pour the batter in the idli steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
