Product Ingredients :- Bengal gram,, Rice, black gram, sugar,salt, raising agent (E 500ii),acidity regulator(E330), antioxidant(E282)
Procedure :- Mix whole ready flour with 400ml of water.
Add 2tbsp of oil and mix to form a smooth batter. Rest for 10 minutes.
Pour in a steamer plate and steam for 10-15 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes after cooking and top it with your desired tempering.
Cut into small rectangular pieces and serve.
